Initially engaged on an ECI basis, HPAC provided cost plans for the works, because at the time of engagement no firm design was available. We assisted the architect with developing suitable and workable solutions to layout issues that best suited the operational needs of the hospital.  Delivered as a Design & Construct project,  we  worked collaboratively with the design consultants and our contractors to produce a cost effective and feasible design solution that fell within the cost plan while still meeting the end user requirement and needs and complying the Ministry of Health regulations and guidelines.
