This small fitout project of a private surgery suite included a new reception and waiting area, three consultation rooms, staff amenities, administration room, storage area with all new flooring, joinery and finishes and associated services connections. Some services design was undertaken to ensure integration with the existing building. With a tight four week timeline and a live operational building, works were conducted at night and completed in time for the client to start working from the suite straight away.
