Following the 4 level expansion of the Sydney South West Private Hospital (for which HPAC undertook the Early Works) in July 2018, the Level 2 Ward space left as “cold shell” for future fitout. HPAC were engaged to undertake the fitout of half of level 2 into a patient ward comprising 13 single patient suites.

Works included new flooring, walls and ceilings. Full services fitout including, hyrdaulic, mechanical, electrical, and fire.  Installation of a nurse call system as well as security and med gas to all rooms.  There are also staff admin rooms and a staff lounge and clean and dirty utility rooms.

The hospital remained operational throughout the construction period and the project was completed to a high standard, on budget and on programme.
