Completed in December 2023, this milestone project for HPAC was the construction of a 5 storey specialist care facility used for inpatient residential and day-stay programs supporting families facing difficult parenting challenges.

HPAC undertook the early works site preparation and remediation to the existing heritage listed building and the delivery of the new facility incorporating high-end residential rooms, care support rooms, milk rooms, play spaces and lower ground carpark as well as public domain works, landscaping and extension and widening of the existing driveway.

The works provided some significant challenges including extensive rock excavation and crane placement on a steeply sloped site adjacent to a NSW Rail corridor impacted by significant weather events in the early stages.  The facility remained open to clients throughout construction and was opened by the Governor General in December.
